Mac has been killing it with the lacrosse team for the 2025 box season. His main roles? Triaging and preventing injuries, rehabilitation and keeping the guys on the floor in such a grueling and physically demanding sport.

As the season comes to an end, we want to genuinely thank the Junior A Mounties team for giving .macforde this opportunity! Best of luck in the next round of playoffs!

recently spent 7 unforgettable days in the Netherlands with the Canadian Men’s National Sitting Volleyball Team (). 🏐

As one of the team’s chiropractors, he supported the athletes through six intense matches, helping them stay strong, mobile, and game-ready.

The team proudly placed 4th, hitting their performance goals and showing what passion and preparation can achieve on the international stage.
