I’ll be hanging out and chatting with parents about the benefits of pediatric chiropractic care — what it is, how it works, and why so many parents choose it for their little ones. 💕👶

• Common concerns parents bring their babies for (latch asymmetry, head turning preference, tension, posture, tumbles, growing pains + more)

𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟓𝐭𝐡: Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day — a day to honour the tiny lives that forever changed ours, even if they were only here for a moment.

At 7PM tonight, I encourage everyone to participate in the Wave of Light — families across the world light candles for babies gone too soon and the parents who carry their memories every day.

If you’ve experienced this kind of loss, please know your grief matters and your story deserves space. 💗

🌈 August 22 is National Rainbow Baby Day 🌈

Today we honor the strength, resilience, and love of families who have experienced loss and welcomed their rainbow baby 🌟

For those that don’t know… my first born was stillborn. His name is Jude Henry Vos. And he was born May 8, 2022. We think about him everyday. And on October 20, 2024, Jude became a big brother, as we welcome his little sister Rose into the world. My children are my world. We don’t actually refer to Rose as a “rainbow baby”, instead we call her our phoenix… since she was born out of the ashes of our grief.

It is a beautiful and complex thing to constantly exist within both grief and joy. Joy as we watch our daughter grow and blossom before us. Grief knowing that we’ll never get to see that of Jude or that Rose will never know her big brother. We never take a day for granted, even the hard ones. 🌹🎵💚

And so whether your rainbow is here earthside, in your heart, or still a dream, this day is for you. 💛

To all the parents on this journey — your story matters, your little ones matter, and you are not alone. 💕

Whether you’re expecting, exclusively nursing, combo-feeding, pumping, supplementing — or doing whatever works best for you and your baby — please know this: 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙙𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙟𝙤𝙗.

My breastfeeding journey with my daughter has come with a lot of challenges and A LOT of tears. It is something we have always been told that “it’s natural” and it’ll “just happen.” But from my experience, and many others, that wasn’t the case. It is hard! And it isn’t for everyone. So whatever your breastfeeding experience has been: good, bad, somewhere in the middle… 𝗜 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂!

Calgary Stampede Ready?🐎🤠

The Stampede is almost here—time to dust off your cowboy boots, cheer on the rodeo, and enjoy every pancake breakfast in sight!

But between the long days, dancing, rides, and maybe even sleeping in a tent or trailer… your body might not be feelin’ quite as festive. 👀

Here are my top tips for this Stampede season:
✔️ Stretch before you stampede – a quick warm-up helps avoid low back strain.
✔️ Support your feet – those boots weren’t made for 10,000 steps. Add insoles or switch to comfier shoes if needed!
✔️ Stay hydrated – especially if you’re having a few adult beverages 🍻
✔️ Mind your posture – whether on a hay bale or carnival ride, avoid slouching for long periods.
✔️ Book a post-Stampede tune-up – your body will thank you after the dust settles!

An obstacle course with the couch cushions? Or a mini sticks hockey game while you cheer on team Canada?? The options are endless!
