Educating Families with Special Children.

Willow Creek Family Connections is an organization that understand families with children who have special needs. We are Psychologists and Teachers who began contact with families through the assessments . After completing assessments we began to look for resources to assist families. We discovered that families faced many barriers in getting help. Willow Creek saw the need to navigate the social and government systems for the families they assessed. In addition to navigating the systems, Willow Creek has gained contracts with several agencies to assist families in getting the help they need.
