Sound Healing is a holistic full body experience that acts as a bridge to higher realms of consciousness as a means to shift, expand, and heal mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
Like the universe itself, everything is energy. We are energy. Every cell in the body is singing and vibrating at a specific frequency. It is a scientific fact that sound alters matter. Using specific sound frequencies that the cells of our bodies need may be the easiest way to enhance mood, brain waves, and re-establish healthy cell performance within the body. We are naturally senders and receivers of energy and information. Over the ages, society has fallen away from this innate ancient healing wisdom. As we awaken and expand our consciousness, we become much more open, sensitive, and susceptible to this subtle, yet profound healing modality.
There is a universal all encompassing energy that gives life to every living thing. There are many ways to harness and use this energy and power to heal and influence our lives. This Life Force Energy is known around the world as Ki, Chi, Prana, or Holy Spirit. From the moment we are conceived, we are gifted this energy of pure love and omniscient wisdom.
Reiki is a healing practice in which Life Force Energy is channeled through the practitioner to the client via energy pathways called Chakras, Meridians, and Nadis in order to heal, balance, and restore the vitality of the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual being.
Plants
Plants are natural healers. They produce oxygen, purify the air, provide nutrients, fuel, and healing to our physical bodies. Plants in your home and office can dramatically increase productivity, reduce stress, improve air quality, increase happiness, lower blood pressure, reduce illness, speed up recovery, improve sleep, increase humidity in dry climates, and improve mental health.
My plant creations are birthed and nurtured in my home. Most of the planters I use are reclaimed handmade pottery, glassware, and vintage ceramics. Plants have energies, healing properties, personalities, and a consciousness. When plant shopping, you may think you are selecting a plant, but sometimes the plant selects you! They are beautiful living allies that emit a special energy, kinship, and vibe to your home and office.
