ATHA Hot Yoga In the heart of Marda Loop this beautiful Hot Yoga studio offers varied styles for all levels.

Our first year in and we wanted to ensure that those people that have taken a chance on a new studio get rewarded with the best prices in the city!

Our rates will be changing as of September 2nd but you still have time to lock in the best rates in the city!

Get a monthly unlimited membership for just $70 bi-weekly until September 2nd. This membership can be paused two times every six months and comes with 1 guest pass every pay period. Membership has to have made 13 payments prior to free cancellation.

Or if you are more of a punch pass person get your hands on the Rolling 10 pass which is only $170 until September 2nd. This membership you have 4 months to use the 10 passes or if you use them sooner the system will just add a new 10 passes onto your account at that same locked in rate. Know that any passes unused after 4 months do get forfeited. Membership must roll over one time before cancellation.

We also have 10 Class Regular Pass, 1 Year Unlimited, 1 Month Unlimited, Drop in and an Intro Month Membership.

Practicing Yoga has proven benefits for you now and for you in the future.

When you start to understand what your practice is doing for you internally it no longer becomes a choice but a lifestyle.

It might be hard to think of yourself 10 to 20 years from now but are you giving yourself what you need now that will ultimately make your body healthy for tomorrow and your future.

We have 9 - 26 & 2 Classes on the schedule and if you have no tried it we highly recommend it:

Mondays Noon & 5pm

Tuesdays 630pm

Wednesdays 930am & 5pm

Thursdays 630pm

Friday 5pm

Saturdays 10am (75 mins)

Sundays 6pm (90 mins)

We do are absolutely best to maintain a clean and welcoming space for you to come to.We have lockers in our change rooms...

We do are absolutely best to maintain a clean and welcoming space for you to come to.

We have lockers in our change rooms and provide locks to borrow if you do not have one. Our showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. We have additional hair products in both change rooms should you need them.

We have chocolate for when you come or go in case you need a little pick me up.

And we do our best to get to know you and how we can make your experience the best possible.

If you have not been yet we would love to see you and to those that have been coming we thank you so much! Your support in building this positive, uplifting community is everything!

When every other studio uses the opportunity to increase their prices we hold true to ours.

We also work with you on your membership the best that we can to make it work for you.

Most studio unlimited memberships you can’t freeze and you don’t get to bring someone with you. We understand that life happens and sometimes you’re sick or leave on vacation so freeze it and then start it back up.

This is about yoga being part of your life not taking it over.

We understand life happens and while for businesses that have a 1:1 client to work ratio it makes complete sense but not for studios that have spaces available. That’s just a cash grab.

At ATHA Hot Yoga we pride ourselves on taking care of our community and doing what is best and right by them.

Do we make mistakes? Absolutely but to us we are a yoga family and we work together.
