Your wellness reminder. 💧

You can do all the skincare products and facials you want, but if you’re not hydrating your body and skin, you’ll never get the results you’re looking for. Water is key to healthy, glowing, youthful skin.

A good general goal (everyone’s body and lifestyle needs are a little different):

👩🏻Women: around 2–3 litres of water daily
🧔🏻‍♂️Men: around 3–4 litres daily

And yes — if you’re exercising, doing hot yoga, spending time in the heat, sweating more, drinking caffeine, or living an active lifestyle, you should absolutely be drinking more water to replace what your body is losing.

Your skin is thirsty too. Hydrate from the inside out. 💦
