Hiring Casual Position - Harvest Hills, Calgary AB

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Caregiver to provide evening care for a client in their home located in Harvest Hills (Calgary). This role is a short, 1-hour shift every day from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm, assisting the client with their bedtime routine. Due to the brief nature of this shift, candidates who live in or near the Harvest Hills area are strongly preferred, as this position is not ideal for individuals with a long commute.

Duties

Assist the client with evening routines, including personal care and preparing for bed.

Provide companionship and reassurance during the evening hour.

Offer safe mobility support as needed.

Monitor the client’s general well-being and promptly report any concerns.

Maintain a respectful, clean, and supportive environment within the client’s home.

Experience

Previous experience in private homecare or caregiving is preferred.

Knowledge of safe personal care practices and mobility assistance.

Strong interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Reliable and committed to a consistent daily evening schedule.

Compensation

$20 per hour (1 hour per day)

This opportunity is ideal for a caregiver who resides close to Harvest Hills and is looking for a short but meaningful evening shift providing essential support in a private home setting.
