Such a proud full circle moment as Partner in the new Sunridge Optimum Wellness Centres office! Taking some time today to celebrate such a huge milestone!!

From joining over 12 years ago as a young, new grad, to becoming partner nearly a decade ago, to helping expand the team from five members to 22! When I had first joined, I was the second chiro along with two massage therapists (Vi and Tess, whom a lot of you know) and one receptionist. This space now has 22 people including Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Laser/Shockwave, Acupuncture, Psychology, Naturopathic Medicine and a Pedorthist!

As the sole Chiropractor for a while following the previous expansion downstairs which some of you may remember in 2015/2016, it's nice to be able to not have to put in 6 day work weeks this time around thanks to the amazing team we have created over the years 😅🤣

Looking forward to what we can accomplish at both Sunridge and at my new space in Marlborough!
