We’re excited to introduce Lactation Physiotherapy Support at Warrior—a service designed to help you feel more comfortable, supported, and confident through your feeding journey.

We can help with:
• Clogged or plugged ducts
• Breast pain or tenderness
• Engorgement
• Discomfort during or after weaning
• Mastitis (after 48 hours of antibiotics)
• Neck + back pain from feeding or nursing

Our approach includes:
✔️ Gentle lymphatic techniques
✔️ Therapeutic ultrasound
✔️ Kinesiology taping
✔️ Postural support + treatment
✔️ Education + self-management strategies
✔️ Collaboration with your lactation consultant

Join us for a 75-minute class designed to help you move, unwind, and reconnect.

We’ll start with a gentle flow—building strength and mobility—then ease into a restorative finish with supported postures and hands-on massage enhancements.

✨ The perfect balance of effort + ease
✨ Accessible for all levels- even prenatal
✨ A moment to slow down and recharge

That’s why we created Warrior Renew, an in person strength program designed specifically for women in menopause.

This isn’t just another fitness class. Our program is built around the key changes happening in your body during this phase of life.

✨ Why it matters:
• Strength training helps maintain and improve bone density, which naturally declines during menopause
• We consider the pelvic floor so you can train safely and confidently
• A structured 6-week strength program helps you progressively build real strength
• Conditioning supports metabolism and cardiovascular health
• Balance and mobility work help reduce fall risk and keep you moving well for years to come
• And just as important — you get the community of other women going through the same stage of life
