🏒🧡 What an incredible day supporting Hockey Helps the Homeless!

This past week, the MYo Lab team had the honour of providing onsite complimentary treatment to the athletes — helping them warm up, stay mobile, recover quickly, and play their best for an amazing cause. 🙌✨

From soft tissue work to mobility prep and recovery care, we were proud to support the players who showed up with heart both on and off the ice.

Events like this remind us why we love what we do: using movement, wellness, and hands-on care to make a real difference. 💪
