We’re the Foundation for Addiction & Mental Health, a grassroots charitable organization established in 2013 by people with lived experience, family members, and professionals. We’re driven by one clear mission: to educate, prevent, assess, treat, and support long-term recovery from addiction and mental health challenges.

A community-powered team that believes addiction isn’t a choice—it’s a health condition. We share the reality of addiction, explore its link to other health concerns, and insist on ongoing care for lasting recovery.

• Get Informed: Educate with stigma-free content on prevention, early signs, and the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual facets of the disease.
• Get Inspired: Promote mental hygiene, recovery pathways, and continued care strategies.
• Get Involved: Host community events, seminars (“Mind the Brain”), volunteer opportunities, film screenings, and workplace programs—all designed to foster resilience.
