We know how important your pet is to you and our aim is to provide a warm welcoming environment for you and your pet. We strive to provide quality patient care, in a timely fashion with care and compassion. We provide personal care and attention to you and your pet by getting to know you and your pet. This allows us to efficiently reach an appropriate diagnosis while also trying to minimize stress. We always want you to be making informed decisions that work for you and your pet, and we do this through open and honest communication.

It can get very hot in a vehicle during the summer. Please leave your pets at home if you need to run errands on warm days. If they must be with you, ensure windows are open or the air conditioning is on.

Our pets love to get outside while it is nice out too. If you plan on letting them stay out for a while, make sure they have a shady spot to escape to and plenty of access to water. It is best to restrict exercise during peak sun times and take them out early in the morning or later at night when it is cooler.

As the weather is getting warmer and you are out enjoying the sunshine, please be mindful when walking your pets on asphalt. It typically can get twice as hot as the temperature outside and increases the chances of your pets burning their paws in a very short time. You can avoid this by walking early in the morning or when it cools off in the evening. Also, try walking only in grassy areas to protect those paws🐾.
