Often called Quitter’s Day (2nd and 3rd Monday of January)
Why people quit (and why it’s not failure)
- Muscles and joints feel sore or irritated
- Old injuries flare up
- Volume or intensity increased too fast
- People assume pain means something is “wrong”
- Motivation drops when the body doesn’t feel good
