Negative states – change planes immediately, either in the heart, the intellect, the soul or the spirit

"Perhaps you are sad and discouraged and feel that everything, events and people, are against you. Then you fall asleep, and when you awaken a few moments later, you feel that everything has changed. What has happened? Simply this: by going to sleep you moved to another plane. You escaped to a realm where the ‘enemies’ chasing you could not follow.

There is always a place where you can find refuge, and you would be spared a great deal of suffering if you knew how to move from one region to another. Think about it. Instead of allowing negative states to engulf you like quicksand, react immediately. As soon as you feel sad or discouraged, try to go where negativity cannot follow. If it is your intellect that is tormented, go into your heart. If you are pursued in both your heart and your intellect, rise up to your soul. If your soul is also besieged, take refuge in your spirit. Nothing can reach you within your spirit."*

I will be teaching a Healing Touch Program Level 1 class on May 30 and May 31, from 9 am to 6:30 pm, ( 2 days of instruction, providing 16 hours of accredited continuing education for eligible nurses and massage therapists).

Healing Touch Program is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accresitation (ANCC). Healing Touch Program is peer-reviewed and endorsed by the American Holistic Nurses Association, the Canadian Holistic Nurses Association, and the Watson Caring Science Institute - affirming Healing Touch as a respectes modality within integrative health.

"Each day you go in search of new knowledge, and there are so many interesting things to see and hear! But also, each day, make a habit of devoting time to going deep inside yourself and exploring the realms of soul and spirit. The knowledge you gain in this way you will be able to take with you wherever you go, even to the next world – nothing will be able to take it from
you. All the knowledge you have gained from outside, on the other hand, is never truly yours. When you leave this world you will have to leave it behind, and when you incarnate again you will be like a blank page and have to start again from the beginning.
When each person is born, they bring back only what they have truly acquired and experienced in their other lives. Everything else has been removed, because it did not belong to them: it had been taken or borrowed from others. Of course, for the short time they are on earth, they take full advantage of what they have
borrowed: they are complimented and applauded. But when they leave, they will keep only what they have truly embodied through
exploring their inner world. And if they leave poor and naked, they will come back poor and naked."

« In Genesis it is said that on the second day, God separated the waters below from the waters above. These waters above, which initiatic science also calls ‘astral light’ or the ‘magic medium’, represent the primordial ocean in which all creatures are immersed and find their nourishment. The liquid environment in which a child is immersed when it is still in their mother’s womb is reminiscent of these primordial waters.
We swim in cosmic immensity, exactly like fish in the sea. If we are not conscious of this, it is because our psychic pores are obstructed by impurities. Purification is therefore the first work to be undertaken in order to open these psychic pores, to free this network of etheric channels which supply our subtle bodies. It is then that we will be fulfilled and vivified by this spiritual water which totally envelops us. »
