Meet our Sous-Chef, Dixie!
From the age of 14, Dixie’s journey has been defined by the heat of the line and a passion for the plate. While her family originally envisioned a future for her in nursing, the call of the kitchen was simply too loud to ignore. No matter where life led, the culinary world always pulled her back home.
Dixie joins us with a powerhouse of experience across a global palette like Japanese cuisine, Italian classics, authentic Barbecue and high end hotel dining.
After honing her skills at the famous Dorian Hotel, she has chosen the Journey Club as the next chapter of her already impressive career. We are so lucky to have her expertise, her grit and her flavors leading our team!
