This World Diabetes Day, remember: first aid awareness can save lives. Know the signs of low blood sugar — sweating, trembling, confusion — and act fast by giving a quick source of sugar if the person is conscious.

On World Stroke Day, we’re raising awareness about one of the leading medical emergencies worldwide. A stroke can happen to anyone, anywhere, anytime—and recognizing the signs early is critical. 🧠🌍

First aid for stroke begins with knowing the FAST test:
✅ Face – Is one side drooping?
✅ Arms – Is one arm weak or numb?
✅ Speech – Is speech slurred or hard to understand?
✅ Time – Call 911 immediately. Every minute matters.

With the right training, you can act quickly and confidently when seconds count. Learn first aid, be prepared, and help save lives. ⛑️

This Thanksgiving, we're feeling grateful—for family, friends, and the connections that make life so meaningful. 🍂🦃

As we gather around the table, let's also remember the importance of being prepared. Holidays mean full plates and full hearts—but they can also bring a greater risk of choking at the table. Knowing what to do in those first few seconds can save a life. 💛

Choking First Aid (Adults & Children 1+):
1️⃣ If they can't talk, cough, or breathe → act fast.
2️⃣ Give up to 5 back blows.
3️⃣ If still choking, give up to 5 abdominal thrusts.
4️⃣ Repeat back blows & thrusts until the object is out or help arrives.
5️⃣ If they become unconscious, call 911 and start CPR.

From our team to yours, we're wishing you a safe and happy Thanksgiving!

On National Seniors Day, we celebrate and support the health and safety of older adults.

First aid for seniors means knowing how to recognize and respond to common emergencies like falls, heart attacks, strokes, and diabetic complications. With the right training, families and caregivers can act quickly and confidently—because every second counts.

Prioritize safety, keep a well-stocked first aid kit, and be prepared to call emergency services when needed.
