My Story
Having begun my yoga journey with prenatal yoga in 2002, I continued to practice other styles of yoga over the years to help deal with various sports injuries including a serious cycling accident. Finding calm and gratitude within the movement practice, I wanted to be able to share this with others and I continue on my journey today by sharing space with others and cultivating a sense of community. I am a graduate of the Yoga Studio College and Inspired Yoga Institute with a E-RYT 500, with self myofascial release, yin yoga, prenatal and kids yoga certifications. I am also active as a fitness instructor focusing on strength, balance and core. I currently teach adult yoga, yin & self myofascial release, sculpt & strength based fitness classes.
