Todays knit outfit well… sweater, brought to you by Jennifer Steingass this is my knit back in 2018 with drops Lima. I particularly like the contrasting cast on and cast off on the neck body and sleeves. This one is super warm and cozy and now that the weather has warmed up considerably, not unreasonable to wear under a vest.

Today’s knit outfit brought to you by -40. Efff it’s cold hence, ALL the knits 🧶 in all seriousness, sweater is by Emma Welford I knit this up from my very own hand dyed buttery merino in 2018/19. by was knit up on 2018 on my very own merino base and hand-dyed by yours truly. Last but not least by Eva Miehe was whipped up in a jiff on 10mm needles and two threads of drops Andes back in 2015. Still love this hat! This is my -40 hat. It’s warmer than anything in all of its merino alpaca 🦙 glory. All my notes can be found on my
It’s been so incredibly cold here in that I have been thoroughly enjoying every opportunity to wear all of my knitting garments and show them off. I still haven’t even touched on all the knits 🧶 I take great pride and care of my knits and when you knit from the finest yarn, these knits become heirlooms. I’m taking a break from knitting to take some serious inventory of what I already have and really, how many hand knit sweaters does one really need??? I love and wear ALMOST all of my knits and the ones I don’t are going to get seriously reconstructed. This is where I’m at! How bout you all??? Have you ever re-knit a sweater that gets no wear?

Here I’m sporting my that I knit back in May 2020 and still absolutely love 💕 next up by hat is by with my own handdyed merino and last but certainly not least the warmest mittens you will ever wear by I purchased these beautiful already made when I was studying 📚 way too much to be able to knit.
This day would freeze 🥶 the balls off a brass monkey 🙊 🙉 🙈 at a chilling -21 here in sunny LA here I am on my way to test drive a jeep then… Costco.
