“Soundbaths aren’t for me…”
I hear this sometimes, and I get it. The idea of lying still, listening to gongs, bowls, and frequencies might sound strange—especially if you’re used to always doing. But here’s the thing:
Often, the things we resist the most are the very things our nervous systems are craving.
A soundbath isn’t about doing—it’s about being.
It’s not about loving every sound—it’s about what those sounds unlock.
It’s not just a spa-like experience—it’s a subtle, powerful journey into your own energy field.
If you’ve ever felt:
