Mental health is not something we should only notice when we’re struggling.
It’s Mental Health Awareness Month — a reminder that taking care of your mental health is not selfish, dramatic, or something to wait on until things feel “bad enough.”
Mental health is part of how we live, connect, work, parent, rest, and show up for ourselves every day.
This month, let’s remember to check in with ourselves more gently:
Am I resting enough?
Am I carrying too much alone?
Am I giving myself the same compassion I give others?
Your mental health matters — not just in crisis, but in the small daily choices that help you feel supported, grounded, and cared for.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted, support is available.
Save this as a reminder to take care of yourself, too.
