Day 6 practical self care

Taking care of ourselves should be easy ..right?
Not always, but it's good to focus on what we can help.

It's proven that a clean environment reduces stress naturally. It clears our mind and self space and gives us the ability to breath and process life.

Sometimes getting the clutter out is key to success! I work on trying to maintain my areas when I can. I've often fallen short in keeping my environment organised and have always struggled with mental health. I find as I take the time to make sure my environment is more cared for I inturn feel more cared for as well.
Small steps! making a weekly cleaning chat, planning what the important things that need to get done in the week are to tackle all the spaces in your home and life,giving yourself a pat in the back when you manage to form new positive habits.

Now, keeping my car tidy consistently is my next big step I'm wanting to concur😅.

Day 5 spiritual self care

This is such an important aspect of your health.
Not only the is it a way to connect with yourself and find balanced and strength from within.
It's also a way we can release negative energy that's built up in our mind and spirit.

Getting out of the city to do nature walks,
Taking 10 minutes a day to spend time working in the sore spots in your body by stretching and showing yourself you're worth the time to focus on your health.
Manifesting what you want your life to be and how you live it will bring you so much peace of mind.
Vision boards are amazing ways to start! Find what you want to bring to yourself and display it in your space, remind yourself that you matter and you deserve what you want to achieve.

One if my goals this winter is to start reading more for myself and ways I can improve my mental physical and emotional health, even setting small goals is a great first step ❤️

Also if you can find someone who helps you heal, and move on in a healthy light when life goes a way we don't necessarily expect it to and there isn't much we can do about it ourselves, then I highly suggest you do so!!
My healer Crystal has been a tremendous help in my journey so far for my own spiritual self care and guides me into proper ways to help improve my mental state in a constant form.

Day 4 social self care

So obviously right now this can be a bit tricky, covid has made social anything a difficult time to arrange. But there are still things you can do to replenish your social self care and be safe during pandemic times.

You are still allowed to visit up to one person out of the home, utilize this and find a buddy to make plans with, no matter how small to keep up with.
My plans this winter are to make clay things with my best friend and explore my abilities to paint with her as well when we can make time for each other.

With Christmas here, why not give back if you're in the position to? It can be as small as a gesture of kind words to someone else who may need them, not everything needs to be a cost.
I plan to donate a gift to an elderly program this year to help those stuck in places they can't necessarily control. My goal is to donate some winter items this year to the less fortunate as the shelters are not able to take in as many people with the way things are during covid.

Dates are great ways to make someone feel thought of or special, it's easy to set something up at home !
Or even go on a small walk somewhere in the city

Just taking that time to detach from what day to day reality is for you, taking in some fresh air and new perspectives can give our brain a huge mood boost shift.

Sometime we get into ruts, and that's totally normal. We can't always be at our best all the time.

Finding hobbies that occupy your mind and work on your self motivation are always a great start.
Listening to music or podcasts while you get work done is a great way to multi talk and still take time for yourself throughout the day.

Bring yourself out on outings to places you enjoy going, be it with friends or just yourself.
Pick up a book or audio book and start finding things that make you feel excited for the next part.

Take the time to work on your mental health, because it's the first place we go to achieve most things ❤️

Day 2 physical self care

It's so important to think about ourselves in body, mind & soul. If one isn't nurtured we feel off, not like ourselves and sometimes even a bit hopeless about our situation.

Physical self care is where it's at! Touch therapy is a huge booster for mood stabilizers in the brain and helps you to feel relaxed, taken care of and whole again.
Taking time to workout or find a sport you enjoy is important to keep your cardiovascular, mental and physical health at peak performance.

I workout atleast 4-5 days a week, stretch everyday and recieved atleast 2 massages a month myself for basic self care. I also do pedicures, masks and baths to show myself that I deserve respect and time spent on me.

Hello again everyone!
I'm going to be making posts over the next week to show ways we can help ourselves to improve our mental and physical well being.
Day 1 emotional self care

Sometimes we forget to check in on ourselves and it can leave us feeling pretty foggy and lost.
It's good to take time to help your brain sort out all the daily occurences you go through and store it away into healthy memories and growth opportunities.

I have been working with a healer now for a few months to help with my emotional self care, I practice daily rituals to help my inner self and try to be mindful of what my soul is telling me I need to feel nurtured at the time.

Healing is beautiful ❤️

Hey everyone! I can't believe it's November already, time sure flies when you're busy.

There's still 2 months left to use up your insurance before it resets for 2021, if you haven't indulged in some self care in a while, why not book in soon 😁!
I do also offer mud wraps and body scrubs as well as massage. I can come right to your house and make it a wonderful pampering self care experience ❤️.

I've been working on perfecting a lot of techniques, teaching myself new things and growing with every new ability to help treat new clients and their physical issues!

I'm a business owner, mother and over all amazing indivudual who loves to help others the best way I can!

Through extensive education over a 2 year span and with ongoing support from my amazing education professor, I am equipt with the skills to help you get relief from the aches and pains your body goes through on a daily basis.

From injuries, to sore muscles, numb/dull pains, issues with mobility or sleep or even migraines and daily irritability due to constant pain. I can help treat them all! I can offer designing a specific trestment plan depending on how severe the issue is and I Will do my best to get you back into your best shape, in the quickest way possible.
