Our second trip in the new van!!! The new van needs a name...share your suggestions in the comments!

We want to extend our sincere thanks for the generous ticket donation that made it possible for our staff and some of our Phase 3 residents to attend an event with Dr. Gabor Maté.

The opportunity to hear Dr. Maté speak was both meaningful and inspiring. Experiences like this deepen understanding, strengthen recovery, and remind us of the importance of compassion, healing, and connection.

Our Day Program allows individuals to begin their recovery journey right away, providing structured addiction treatment, therapeutic support, and practical recovery education while participants continue living at home.

This flexible option offers the guidance and support needed to begin meaningful change, with the option to transition into residential care if needed later.

On the last Wednesday of every month, we gather to celebrate the birthdays of our alumni who marked another trip around the sun. It is a chance to reconnect, share some laughs, and recognize the growth, strength, and wisdom that comes with each new year.

Our Day Program offers structured addiction treatment without the need to wait for residential placement. Participants receive professional support and evidence-based care while continuing to live at home and maintain daily responsibilities.

With counselling, psychological assessments, and education around trauma, stress, emotional regulation, and relapse prevention, this program provides the tools needed to begin building a healthier future.
