October 15 2024 Give Thanks for More Affordable Therapy
“Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it”
-William Arthur Ward
Thanksgiving is my favourite holiday. Not only is it a time to be with loved ones and share good food, but it is all about GRATITUDE. Gratitude is great for a healthy mind and can even contribute to a healthy body! This year, I am showing my gratitude for my wonderful clients by offering opportunities to save big on therapy fees.
With the economy in the state it is in and people struggling to make ends meet, the need for therapy is sky-high, but the money to pay for it is dirt-low. We are at the end of the year and most people have already used the allotment for therapy that their insurance company has given them. The holidays can be a stressful time: dealing with family issues, less time and money, and more expenses and expectations from others. Now more than ever is the time to come in for a session or two. With that in mind, I have put together a few options for you to help you get through the holiday season without losing your mind.
Existing Clients Enjoy A Decrease in Session Fees until the end of 2024
Between October 15-December 31, 2024, a 50 minute session will cost $200
Packages to Save You More (Good for one year after purchase)
10 pack of 50-minute sessions for $1,990
This is a savings of $280. Who couldn’t use an extra $280 these days?
10 pack of 80-minute sessions for $2985
Save $415 on longer sessions for those who need a bit more time to get through their agenda for the session!
New Clients Introductory Fee of $150 for each of the first 3 50-minute sessions
Committing to getting to know a new therapist and talking about sensitive topics is hard enough without having to pay full fee for it. With this introductory rate, you can at least remove the pressure of the cost from your list of reasons for procrastination.
Homework (because I simply cannot help myself):
Every time you step out of your vehicle to go somewhere, pause for a moment, take a breath of our fresh mountain air and focus your attention on something worthwhile that you have in your life. Feel that cold air bring appreciation for your blessings into every part of your body and mind.
I appreciate all of you for the work we do together and for your bright, beautiful qualities that make you the unique people you are. I look forward to seeing you soon in my office!
Warmest wishes,
Dr. Bonnie
