There’s a quiet ache that so many of us are carrying.

You don’t have to be strong every moment.
You don’t have to pretend you’re okay when your soul is whispering for rest.
You’re allowed to soften. To breathe. To let the tears come.

Sometimes the most sacred thing we can do is give ourselves space to feel,
and to receive the comfort that is already circling us.

Whether you feel it or not, you are being held.
