Join us for our FIRST 28 Day challenge to promote routine, movement and community.
Rules: Do 1 class/movement activity a day.
You can double up your classes 1x a week to make up for any missed classes.
You can do an at home or outside 45 min workout to make up for any days where classes don’t work for your schedule.
This starts on March 1st and ends of March 28th with a Post-Challenge Party with snacks supplied by IS Good.
Includes a unique Tank Top for the all Challengers from Shay Revay Designs.
