After a heart-warming summer up north, I am back into what I call my “city life” here in Guelph. In transitions, it typically takes me at least 2-3 weeks to get back into my practices. One of them being Gratitude Journalling. It helps me remember that I always can practice Gratitude no matter what is happening in my life ❤️ What are you grateful for today? 🥰

Did you know it is Do Nothing day today!? I often pressure myself to be productive, so today I have decided to not listen to the pressure and remind myself that rest and watching a whole season of Jane the Virgin is perfectly okay.

Turning 30 yesterday during a lock down helped me slow down and tune into gratitude of all the growth I made in my 20s. I feel almost like a different person from when I turned 20, and I love how I have evolved. Grateful to be alive and to have my bday celebration virtually with good friends, sister and of course puppy Gertrude!! Can you tell my theme? Watermelon- Flamingo Bday cuz I intend for my thirties to be fun and goofy 🤪
