Thankful for moments like these 💛
Our group had the opportunity to attend The Cutest Dog on Earth at the Hamilton Family theatre! We had an amazing experience filled with laughter, joy, and plenty of adorable dog moments 🐶

This special outing was made possible thanks to the generosity of one of our families. We are so grateful for the support that helps create meaningful experiences like this for our members. Our hearts are full!

When Andrew comes to perform, the room lights up!

Andrew always brings the music, the energy, and the fun! Today he even brought the microphone so our members could sing along with him.

One thing we love most is how he makes everyone feel like a star. And judging by today’s performances… we’ve got quite a few! ⭐🎤

Today our members got hands-on with some practical life skills. We explored what’s inside a tool bag, learned what different tools are used for, hung pictures, and tightened loose screws on chairs.

Research shows that practicing everyday skills like these can build confidence, problem-solving abilities, and independence. Activities that look simple on the surface often carry some of the biggest learning opportunities.

And today, we discovered we have some pretty handy members in the group! 🛠️⭐️

We were so lucky to have Councillor Corey Kimpson stop by with two of her wonderful dogs for a therapeutic visit!

There’s something truly special about the calm, connection, and joy that animals bring. Our members absolutely loved the cuddles and smiles that came with this visit.

Corey is always popping in to see us, supporting our events, and showing up for our community in meaningful ways. Preston, the City of Cambridge, and all of us at Adults in Motion are so fortunate to have her leadership and ongoing support.

Thank you, Corey, for always making time for our members, and for sharing your four-legged friends with us! 🐶✨
