After some very special time at home, I’ll be returning to work soon. My schedule will be different than before so I appreciate your understanding and flexibility. Appointments will be available starting July 14th.

Here is my updated availability:

* Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm

August
* Tuesday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
* Wednesday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
* Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm

September onward
* Tuesday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
* Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm

More details will be provided via email to patients who were with me before my leave or you can check the website to see available bookings.

As of April 16th, the option for booking an initial appointment for adults and children will be removed from the Baseline Osteopathy website.

Follow up appointments will continue as normal until the middle of June, assuming everything goes according to plan!

A newsletter with information to help patients choose a different OMP in our absence will be sent out in the middle of April.

I haven’t introduced myself in a while so I thought it was time again!!

I have been working as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner for over three years now. The thing I love best about being an OMP is helping patients who are struggling to find the help they need. I love connecting with and treating patients of all ages!

In my spare time I love to travel, bake cookies and hangout with my dog (Poppy) and cat (Maggie).

It’s that time of year! 🦠

Many people struggle, especially at season changes, with cold and allergy symptoms.

Osteopathy can be a great form of therapy for people experiencing cold symptoms that seem to be lingering.

We can work on getting stagnant fluids in the body moving as well as making sure there is a clear path of drainage from the head into the chest!

✨No need to knock on the door for your appointment. Come right in, take off your shoes and come down the stairs!

✨Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your initial assessment. There will be paperwork waiting for you!

When you come for your Osteopathic treatment you should be wearing clothes that you can easily move in. A lot of people wear track pants, joggers, shorts and leggings. If a patient comes wearing jeans or stiff pants it limits our ability to treat effectively.

Socks are important because we actually work on people’s feet often!

We ask for no belt so we can properly assess and treat your pelvis and so your belt doesn’t rip the fabric on our tables.

Many patients have sensitivities to scents, for this reason we ask for non-scented products to used when entering the treatment space whenever possible.
