If you listened to my stories yesterday, you may already know what's coming!

I am officially beginning the process of becoming a licensed travel agent and will be ready to launch officially in October!

What does this mean?

I will have the ability to secure 'better rates' for retreats from preferred supplies & with a travel agent relationship, I will be able to include flights and sell insurance, making me a one stop shop for booking your international retreats!

This also means I can help you design your own travel, book your own and family trips, and even help you design a private retreat with you and friends!

This new offerings will open up many doors, even allowing me to support other retreat leaders with their retreats.

I am so excited! Huge shout out to for connecting me with the agency!

We are so excited to share some new updates with our business and new offerings that will be coming soon!

We've had some requests for another sound bath!

We're wondering what you think about another Sound Bath in August?

We will have one at Ecstatic Dance KW event on August 9th, but we can bring you a Sound Bath only experience in Cambridge as well!

As women, our hearts echo her pulse, reminding us of our deep-rooted connection to the land, to our bodies, and to each other.

This is where we remember.

This is where we come home.

Nature has been abundantly beautiful and gifting this year already!

So much to learn from Mother Earth when we sit with her, notice her and appreciate her.

Endless beauty and county's of gifts everywhere we turn to look.

Enjoy the sunshine, sit along the river, notice what the forests are gifting you and nurture those sweet precious moments you get to share with her.

There are limited spots available, and early bird registration gets two weeks to register before we open up publicly.

When we get together to heal..

To learn from the wisdom that resides within each of us, we are able to tune into that deep ancestral knowledge..

We are able to take down barriers and open up our minds to connect to the wisdom within us..

Within our bodies.. our blood... our DNA.

Honoring our lineage, healing our lineage, and healing each other..

So much of what we are looking for is already within us all.

Sound baths are one of our favorite offerings.

We love the sounds of the crystal bowls and our swinging chimes.

Most attendees LOVE the ocean drum.

We are officially two weeks away from our EmpowerHER event!

A half day event from 12-5pm where we will connect, learn, do yoga, relax, and meditate with a sound bath, enjoy socializing with one another and also included in your ticket is one beverage and charcuterie snacks.

We are so honored and excited to be bringing this empowering half day retreat to Hespeler!

Join us for an International Women’s Day celebration... our EmpowerHER event happening March 8th in the in Hespeler.

This day will consist of yoga, a workshop on emotional regulation, a soul hour, charcuterie snacks, one beverage (cash bar for any extra drinks), a sound bath, and connection and empowerment.

You will enjoy a relaxing and welcoming environment where you will have the chance to learn, make new connections, move your body, and relax your mind with the beautiful sounds of the sound bath.
