We have been ao incredibly blessed to have Ali as our guide..

I thought I could plan most of this retreat on my own and only use him for rides, but I was so wrong.

One of our rides two months before let me know they didnt book all of the rooms required, I messaged Ali and he saved us booking a BEAUTIFUL and much more affordable hotel instantly..

For the desert, on route Ali realized (from asking) that I didnt order 4x4 transfer to camp, he called and got it ready right away..

He helped make sure all the roads worked with our schedule around our day trips and yoga..

He added extra tours and ensured we felt safe and our enjoyment was his number 1 priority.

He even took us to his family's home for lunch, henna and seeing some neighborhood children.

Thank you Ali for making this retreat so unique and enjoyable!

Walking Home: Maiden & Crone

May 1-3rd 2026, at in Buckhorn, Ontario.

This retreat is for all women, of all stages of life, of all archetypes..

Yes, we are still in Morocco but we cannot wait to bring this energy to our next local retreat.

Definitely feeling in my maiden energy with the heart wide open adventure and connection we've been sharing here in Morocco!

Day 1 of our retreat in Morocco was a balance of exploring Marrakech, yoga and our first workshop.

Here is a shared from our sunset workshop on the terrace after the busy day exploring the city.

Starting with shaking the energies out of our body from the day, releasing and then setting an intention for the remainder of the retreat.

We also made time to practice mindful traveling with some journal prompts to reflect and find gratitude.

Feeling incredibly blessed for each day together here.

Walking Home: Maiden & Crone

May 1-3 in Buckhorn, Ontario.

A sacred return to the body, the breath, and the wisdom that only time can give.

Over three days, we gather in circle..moving, breathing, releasing, remembering.

Through rose wisdom, fire ceremony, shamanic meditation, sound, and stillness, we honor the maiden within and welcome the crone ahead.

This is a weekend of embodiment, initiation, and soft power.

Of listening to the body.

Of tending the fire.

Of walking yourself home.

With my next International Retreat just over a week away, I've been reflecting on my International Retreat journey..

I'm so excited to see the magic & connection this next one brings into my life and the ladies!

This retreat I'm looking forward to incorporating more workshops on gratitude and intentional traveling..

Something a little different than my 'normal' retreat.

With so many excursions and cultural experiences we are going to be diving into, I'm excited to make space throughout the retreat for the ladies to reflect on their experiences each day and how they have made them feel.

March 8th at the we are coming together for our second Annual International Women's Day Retreat.

Enjoy the morning with other like minded women, celebrating empowerment and connection.

We will have guest speaker .balance.bliss sharing a workshop with us in empowerment and some shares and references from her new book being launched March 11.

We will also have a yoga flow session with followed by a whole health sound bath.

Doors are for 8:30am with the event starting at 9am.

We will open the event by welcoming everyone and then transition into the workshop with Andrea before Yoga and a Sound Bath.

We will have snacks, coffee and tea provided and transition breaks throughout.

Here are two core elements that can help bring you into a grounded and embodied state.

Connecting with your breathe and body awareness.

Each of these helps pull you into the present moment, slows down your mind and helps you 'drop in' to the now.

Breathe slowly,with awareness and notice all of the sensations in your body.

You are right here, right now, just as you are meant to be.

Whats the difference between our local and international retreats?

Well, the main difference I would say is our local retreats are rooted and focused on wellness, whereas our international retreats have a component of wellness but the focus is on adventure, culture and exploration.

Our international retreats actually started as solely wellness retreats as well with workshops, ceremonies and daily yoga, with minimal Excursions, however we found the ladies joining us were missing that travel component.

So, we revamped things and now they still have daily yoga amd some meditation and workshops, but we are mostly out exploring new parts of the world together.

Whereas, our local retreats are solely focused on wellness and deeper connection with yourself and sisters sharing the experience.

Sure, we also include nature hikes or canoeing but the focus still tends to be learning about wellness, mindfulness or connection.
