- Eating a breakfast made of REAL FOODS with a focus on protein, fat and fibre

- Getting natural sunlight into your eyes early in the morning

- Going bed between 9-11pm

- Hydrating your body with water and minerals (not another coffee 🙃)

- Supporting your gut health with prebiotics and fibre and tackling any issues like bloating, gas and constipation - because it’s not normal to live that way

You have ONE body to last your life. Treat her like you would someone you love

When you’re postpartum, your body systems are still working HARD to repair your tissues, create milk from your bloodstream and keep you functioning on broken sleep

👉 Your adrenals might be feeling overwhelmed

👉 your thyroid might need some support

👉 and if you’re exclusively breastfeeding, you might not even have a period for up to two years!

These are ALL big changes and your fertility doesn’t work in isolation

It’s a reflection of all your body’s systems

👉 how nourished you are

You’re probably under eating and don’t even know it

We live in a world that chases “skinny” and I've worked with enough women over the last five years to see the patterns

➰ Cutting carbohydrates
➰ Under eating protein
➰ Not eating enough fibre
➰ Iron deficient
➰ Vitamin D deficient

And struggling with their moods, gut health, energy levels, skin issues and periods

And it’s because we’ve never really been taught how to properly fuel our bodies as grown ass women

We’ve been fed a narrative that we need to be thin to be beautiful and accepted and in order to do so, we need to cut carbs and calories and fast and do lots of cardio 🫠

But what ends up happening is you’re puffy and inflamed, deficient and wondering why you’re so tired by the end of the day and why nothing you try is working
