You’re probably under eating and don’t even know it
We live in a world that chases “skinny” and I've worked with enough women over the last five years to see the patterns
➰ Cutting carbohydrates
➰ Under eating protein
➰ Not eating enough fibre
➰ Iron deficient
➰ Vitamin D deficient
And struggling with their moods, gut health, energy levels, skin issues and periods
And it’s because we’ve never really been taught how to properly fuel our bodies as grown ass women
We’ve been fed a narrative that we need to be thin to be beautiful and accepted and in order to do so, we need to cut carbs and calories and fast and do lots of cardio 🫠
But what ends up happening is you’re puffy and inflamed, deficient and wondering why you’re so tired by the end of the day and why nothing you try is working
You cannot supplement your way out of *actually* caring for your body
You need to build a better foundation starting with the food you eat everyday
Followed by proper sleep, rest, hydration and movement that supports your body and doesn’t tear it down 🏋️♀️
