For those who don’t know me, I’m not much of a cardio fan.
So I try to do different types of cardio to maintain my body’s shape.
Too much cardio during and after menopause increases your cortisol level maker you appear bloated, water weight and very tired.
Keep your cardio to a limit and focus on cardio that has strength components like step.
Use your entire body it elevate are heart rate.
Don’t be lazy
