Using an AED is easier than you think! With just a few simple steps, you can help someone in need. Just turn it on, follow the voice prompts, and let the AED guide you. AED are available in most public spaces and are meant to be used by everyday people, before professionals arrive.

Want to practice using one? Take a first aid class and we'll walk you through it!
