Simple yet scrumptious and healthy dinner with grass-fed all beef ๐ญ weiner, with naturally fermented sauerkraut (probiotics) mixed with ketchup and Dijon mustard, side of carrots,๐ฅ red ๐ถ๏ธand yellow pepper and cucumbers๐ฅ, vegan sour cream onion dip, side of naturally fermented pickles๐ฅ for probiotics and gut health. AND THE BEST FIND EVER... gluten-free ๐"KIMCHI"๐spring rolls. ( I think everybody knows by now how much I love kimchi LOL and when I found these I was so excited!!! ๐คฉ๐) I dipped the spring rolls in sweet chili sauce! ๐
