Simple yet scrumptious and healthy dinner with grass-fed all beef ๐ŸŒญ weiner, with naturally fermented sauerkraut (probiotics) mixed with ketchup and Dijon mustard, side of carrots,๐Ÿฅ• red ๐ŸŒถ๏ธand yellow pepper and cucumbers๐Ÿฅ’, vegan sour cream onion dip, side of naturally fermented pickles๐Ÿฅ’ for probiotics and gut health. AND THE BEST FIND EVER... gluten-free ๐Ÿ˜ƒ"KIMCHI"๐Ÿ˜ƒspring rolls. ( I think everybody knows by now how much I love kimchi LOL and when I found these I was so excited!!! ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿ˜ƒ) I dipped the spring rolls in sweet chili sauce! ๐Ÿ˜‹

I was craving something sweet but healthy. So I made high fiber, (30g) ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿค™ gluten-free Carbonaut raisin bread ๐Ÿž french toast with Organic free-range, pasture raised egg, ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿฅš cinnamon and date sugar. I heated some extra organic raisins in the pan to warm and soften, added some organic walnuts for healthy fat and protein. And topped it off w/ some organic Canadian maple syrup๐Ÿand dairy free๐Ÿฅฅ vanilla ice cream. ๐Ÿจ

Was craving kimchi pancakes. (Kimchijeon ๊น€์น˜์ „) Made this yesterday and had some again today! ๐Ÿ˜‹ I love kimchi! Kimchi pancake has lots of onions and kimchi, gluten-free flour blend of rice flour, sweet rice flour and potato starch and one egg. I topped w/ black sesame seeds. ๐Ÿ˜‹ I also had a side of red and yellow peppers and some pickled beets for some more veg.
