Finally popped into Casa Verde Imports just on the edge of Arthur. Only driven by it a million times over the years… such great stuff! Picked up a couple of new friends for the porch.

The best part is that the owners visit and purchase direct from artisans across Mexico.

What an amazing full moon energy shift this week! There is no better way to enjoy a full moon than with friends. Last night was a special client session involving a private meditation group for a few friends that wanted to enjoy the experience of energy healing in a group setting. We picked the date weeks ago and only just realized yesterday that our session was going to be a full moon session.

Can you say powerful? Wowzers.
I preface every meditation group and every private session with the, "I have no idea what will happen - I simple channel the energy and let it do its thing."

Well, we were not disappointed - the clearing of very dark energy embedded in the root chakra was profound. Deeply emotional - deeply freeing.

A wonderful meditation group tonight…

The energy offered a very heavy clearing, helping to clear us of what we no longer need to carry.

I was giving the analogy of letting a very large, heavy, dirty old coat simply fall off our shoulders.

What are carrying around that you can let go of? How can you clear your space this weekend to make some room for the new?
What needs to be ripped apart, sorted and cleaned?

Take advantage of the energetic boost to refresh your space.

And…. If your heart urges you to rest, then that is also absolutely perfect.

Once again we had a wonderful group for our monthly meditation last night - which just happened to land on the eve of yet another major astrological event in April!

We’ve had the solar eclipse April 8th and today is a Jupiter-Uranus conjunct in Ta**us, something that hasnt happened in decades!

This is a time for great shifting!
Our meditation last night had a clear theme of purging what no longer serves us, along with authenticity.

I channel during these meditations, and the messages and activations coming through were focused on taking off our masks and stepping forward into our authentic selves - not who we think others want us to be, but to actually simply be ourselves and let the chips fall where they may.

It takes great courage to simply be ourselves. How have you made yourself small and less than to be more pleasing to others, to fit in?

When life has felt unkind, the mask we show the world becomes the default way to function and your true self is reserved only for you and maybe a very small and trusted group.

Well…. It’s time for all of us who have used this form of protection to step forward… slowly… and let the mask slip more and more. The energies here now are supporting you to simply be yourself, to align you with people who love you just as you are. ❤️

The intensity of the energies hitting all of us can leave you feeling overwhelmed, despondent and heavy. I was feeling this very much last night, so I wanted to share what I used to clear a lot of stuff out of my system.

The first thing is a meditation that I recorded years ago and you can find it under the ‘extra stuff’ section of my website. This merkaba meditation is short, but powerful. It’s as useful today and the day I recorded it.

The second thing I used was a YouTube video for a do it yourself EMDR session. You literally watch a ball bounce back and forth, but it magically helps to give your brain a reset. Very effective for anxiety - when you just feel overwhelmed and lose all motivation.

Thanks to everyone who attended this week’s meditation. These gatherings feel special!

We are on the cusp of massive transformation and the energies of last night’s session cleared away a lot of heart chakra trauma as well as crystalline energies streaming in for cellular rejuvenation.
