Two years in for Vincent at GRSM Kitchener 👏

Vincent joined the team in April 2024 after completing his Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University and his Bachelor of Medical Sciences (Honours) in Physiology at Western University. He came in with experience across hospital and sideline settings, and that background shows in how he works with patients.

His approach is collaborative, evidence-informed, and grounded in actually listening. He uses a combination of education, exercise, manual therapy, acupuncture, and dry needling, and has a particular interest in sports injuries, concussion management, and pain science.

Outside the clinic, Vincent stays active through soccer, volleyball, hiking, and the gym, and enjoys a good movie when he's not doing any of that.

Two years down, a lot more ahead. Thanks for the work you put in every day, Vincent 👏

Nine years with Caitlyn at GRSM Cambridge 👏

Caitlyn joined the team in April 2017 and has been a cornerstone of pelvic health care at our Cambridge clinic ever since. She holds a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster, and has built her practice around truly understanding what her patients are going through.

Twice a week she works with women experiencing incontinence, pelvic pain, and other pelvic floor conditions, bringing a careful, hands-on approach backed by training in manual therapy, neurological development (NDT), and pelvic health.

Outside the clinic, Caitlyn stays active, loves to travel, and makes time for the people who matter most to her.

Nine years is no small thing. Thanks for everything you bring to this team and to your patients, Caitlyn 👏

Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports right now.

Like any sport, pickelball isn't immune to injuries.

Sometimes there is an injury that comes from repetitive use or too much loading too quickly. They present as a gradual onset of soreness that is made worse by the activity and include lateral epicondylalgia (a.k.a tennis elbow) and a rotator cuff strain. Most of these don’t come from one moment. They tend to build gradually as the body adapts to new movements, quick direction changes, and repeated load.

However, sometimes they can occur suddenly with associated pain, swelling and immediate changes in function. These acute injuries, like a Achilles injury or ankle sprain benefit from expedient medical attention to result in the best recovery.

Which one have you dealt with?

Knee braces can be used as part of a broader approach to help manage knee pain, instability, or osteoarthritis. 🦵

Depending on the type, bracing may provide support, stability, or compression, and help reduce strain on the knee during daily activities or exercise.

Different braces serve different purposes, which is why selecting the right type and fit is important.

If you’re not sure where to start:

• Visit or contact our clinic to explore bracing options
• Book an assessment with a physiotherapist or chiropractor
• Already have a prescription? Book a brace consult
