💬 Mindful Monday Tip 💬 Gratitude grows when shared. Take a few minutes today to share 3 things you’re grateful for with someone you trust.

đź’śListening to each other and reflecting on your answers can help you feel more connected.

Remember, while the holidays can be stressful for many youth and adults, gratitude is one gentle way to look at the good things in your life and reflect on them.

It may not make every problem disappear, but it can help you feel calmer, more hopeful, and more connected to the people you care about.

Cold weather can mean more time indoors. Take a moment to make yourself comfortable today. Whether it's wrapping up in a warm blanket, making a hot drink or playing your favourite music, small acts of comfort can support your well-being. ❄️

The holiday season can feel overwhelming, but gratitude can help you slow down and find calm. This month we're sharing tips on how to practice gratitude during the holiday season.

Start a Gratitude Journal today and list:

âś… 1 thing you're grateful for
âś… 1 thing you're excited about
âś… 1 person who makes life brighter

It’s okay to stop and think before writing, don’t rush yourself. And remember to be gentle with yourself. There is no wrong way to journal, and some days, finding gratitude feels easier than others.

💬 What’s one thing you’re grateful for today? Share in the comments!
