Peak Performance Health Centre Offering information and exercises to keep your back healthy! Our rehabilitation department is continuing to grow and will be adding physiotherapy shortly!

Peak Performance Health Centre is a multi-disciplinary patient centred health centre that utuillizes current evidence based treatments to achieve your optimal health. Peak Performance currently offers Chiropractic treatment, including Active Release Technique, Guasha, Kinesio-Taping, and Activator, as well as the traditional spinal manipulation. Acupuncture, registered massage therapy, nutritional counselling and rehabiliative services are available on site.

Our Peak Performance Health Centre staff are very excited to introduce our newest Chiropractor to our team – Hanna Moore.
Please join us in welcoming her!

Dr. Hanna graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Health from Brock University before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Her interest in chiropractic care began after experiencing its positive impact on her own life, which inspired her to pursue a career focused on helping others feel and function at their best.

She enjoys working with individuals across all ages and stages of life and has a particular interest in pregnancy and pediatric care. She has completed additional training in the Webster Technique, a chiropractic approach that helps support pelvic balance during pregnancy and is currently pursuing further advanced training in pediatric chiropractic care.

While she has a special interest in caring for growing families, Dr. Hanna is equally dedicated to helping all patients - whether they are managing pain, improving function, or looking to maintain an active lifestyle. Her approach focuses on long-term wellness, injury prevention, and empowering patients to take an active role in their health.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll likely find her crocheting a new project, horseback riding, camping with her husband, or trying out a new recipe in the kitchen. She also loves spending time with her family and being outdoors. Dr. Hanna is truly thankful to be part of the team at Peak Performance and can’t wait support you on your health journey.
