Integrative Therapeutics is a multi-disciplinary clinic-Osteopathic Manual Therapy and Physiotherapy

The clinic was opened by Rob Hufgart, RMT, DOMP and has a variety of therapists. There is a large osteopathic focus at the clinic, but other services also include traditional Swedish Massage Therapy (cupping offered), Physiotherapy (certified in Acupuncture, Advanced Neurofunctional Sports Performance, Orthopaedic Manual Therapy and Certified GUNN IMS) and Remedial Exercise.

The fundamental movement patterns to incorporate into your training:

Squat
Hinge
Lunge
Push (vertical and horizontal)
Pull (vertical and horizontal)
Carry

By training all the major movement patterns you will be covering all major muscle groups and functions as well.

Program design can vary depending on your goals, however focusing on training the fundamental movement patterns as a starting point is a great option for many people.
