Who has a fake Christmas tree, that would love to have the smell of Pine throughout the house?! I sure do! Did you know there are many other benefits of pine essential oil, other than making your house smell like you have a Christmas tree?

We have a new oil in! It's one of my top favourites-LIME!

It's stimulating and refreshing. Helps relieve stress, exhaustion and calms your mind.

Lime essential oil is great for helping treat acne and skin problems. Mix two drops with a tablespoon of carrier oil, such as coconut oil and apply to the skin.

It is also great for your hair! Helps eliminate dandruff and bring life to dull, frizzy, oily hair. Add a few drops with your shampoo/conditioner and it will help remove oil while moisturizing your scalp.

Diffusing lime around the house or used in homemade natural cleansers will eliminate awful odors and make your house smell fresh!

What are your favourite essential oils and how do you use them?!
My favourite oils are Lavender, Frankincense, orange and eucalyptus.
I love lavender and frankincense for stress/anxiety relief and for helping me sleep well at night.
Orange oil is great for reducing anxiety and for increasing energy. Orange is also amazing for making healthy all purpose cleaners.
Eucalyptus is a life saver for cold/flu season. Disinfects the air and surfaces. Also opens up stuffed sinuses! :)

Chakra bracelets are accessories designed to balance the seven chakras,which are said to be energy centers used for centuries by Indian and Eastern cultures. These bracelets consist of 7 stones or charms in different colours or designs, each component representing one of the chakras-Crown, brow, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral and base.
