This is my truth — it may not be everyone’s, but maybe it will ease someone’s heart today. ✨

When I feel that deep ache for the ones I miss…
I look around and find them in the little things — a song, a scent, a sunset.

I remind myself: just because they aren’t here in a physical body anymore doesn’t mean they are gone.
They’ve simply evolved.

No addictions.
No pain.
No restrictions.

Now, they can be with us in an even more beautiful, powerful way — woven into our days, our thoughts, our very being.

I know this in my own heart… and I witness it so often during my channeling and energy sessions.
Loved ones come through with messages, memories, and love — reminding my clients that they are never forgotten, and they are so deeply loved.

We are never truly alone.
They are always here. Just… in different ways.

And still — I know.
Sometimes, it just hurts.

🌿💛 On Remembering Those We’ve Lost 💛🌿

If you know someone who has lost a very special person, please remember — mentioning their loved one’s name doesn’t reopen the wound. That wound is already there, and trust me… they haven’t forgotten.

What you’re actually giving them is a gift: the reminder that you remember their person lived. That their life mattered. That their love still ripples through the world.

Grief isn’t something we “get over.” It’s something we learn to carry differently. And sometimes, having someone hold space for your memories and your heart can help you find a little more peace in the carrying.

This is why I offer my channeled sessions — beautiful, loving connections where I open to the messages your loved one may want to share — and my energy healing sessions, which gently support your heart, body, and spirit as you move through grief.

Just wrapped up the sweetest card reading session down at the beach today ✨

Two beautiful souls, who have been friends for ages, decided to do something special together — and booked a reading with me by the ocean. 🌊

There’s something so powerful about doing this work by the water… the waves, the breeze, the energy — it all amplifies the messages that come through. Every time, it’s such an honor to hold space for people in this way. 💛

Fear.

It can be the thing that stops you from truly living…

Or it can be fuel.

What if every time you felt fear, you paused and asked yourself:

What is this trying to show me?
What part of me is ready to grow?

When I left my marriage over 20 years ago — I was terrified.

When I dove into network marketing — I was scared.

When I decided to become an artist — I laughed at myself and was afraid to show anyone my work.

One of the biggest decisions I ever made was to undergo a high-risk surgery to remove a medical device that could’ve put me in a wheelchair… I was petrified.

Saying yes to illustrating a children’s book — scared.

Staying by my dad’s side while he was dying — probably the most scared I’ve ever been.

Leaving FSJ with just me, my two kids, and our cat to move to the island — absolutely terrifying… and also exhilarating.

Every time I share my heart with the world — I still feel afraid.

But here’s the thing:

Every single one of those choices changed my life.
Every moment I leaned into fear — I grew.

There’s always been a still, small voice whispering:

"I know you're scared… but do it anyway."

And every time I listened — I was rewarded.

So let this be your reminder:

It’s okay to feel afraid.
We all do.

Just don’t let it stop you from living the life that’s meant for you.
The magic lives just beyond the fear.

Strip away the noise and return to truth.

I believe this world is calling us to rise.

To protect the Earth.
The waters.
The trees.
Our children.

We are being asked to return to truth.
To drop into our heart space.
To choose love — and then love even harder.
Especially when it comes to ourselves.

Everywhere we look, something is trying to pull us out of love and into fear.

If we’re not intentionally choosing self-acceptance, compassion, and focus…
It’s easy to get swept into the noise and chaos of the world.

Who you spend time with.
What you watch.
What you listen to.
What you put into your body.
It all deeply affects how you move through life.

My grandfather used to tell me we were born to be warriors.
I didn’t understand back then — but I do now.

🌿 Stay close to the Earth and her many medicines.
☀️ Stay close to people who feel like sunshine.
🧭 Stay true to your guidance.
🗣️ Know your truth — and stand in it.

The world needs you grounded.
The world needs your heart.
The world needs your light.
