I have experienced many trials and tribulations in my life.

Many hardships.

Some so full of horror and pain that I still can't believe I made it through.

I've endured much heartache and loss but over time I've come to understand that alone is a gift.

How lucky I am to have experienced love so deep.

I've learned how to use all of that to see the world and my experiences through new continuously evolving lenses.

New perspectives.
Challenge my perceived limitations.
Stretch my ideologies.
Expand my mind past what we visibly see.
Feel into my truths.
No one else's.

I know beyond a doubt I came here to experience the sunshine AND the rain. The JOY and the PAIN.

I forget that sometimes.

I'm so thankful for where I am today and for every single person, place and thing that has led me here.

This is for you.

The sensitive soul.

The empathic being.

The one who has always felt a little out of place in this world.

Like you didn't quite fit.

You see someone and you feel - what they feel.

A homeless person, a mother, a little kid, someone in pain.

You feel it deeply.

You feel it so deep but may not even be aware that what you are feeling is NOT YOUR OWN.

You've probably said things like:

"Why do I feel things so deeply."

"Why do I carry other people's emotions."

"I wish I didn't."

But have you really sat with the question of WHY?

I know I have many, many times.

I will share with you my conclusion that aligns with my truth.

We are all divinely connected.

Now wether you believe in God or a Creator or the divine universe/multiverse - all of it means we are connected to source.

Meaning- we all share sources energy.

We are all seedlings from the same tree, cut from the same cloth, drops from the same ocean- you get the idea 😊

And because we are all connected it makes it impossible NOT TO FEEL what others are feeling.

Think of it sort of like the experience twins have.
They share the same cells and so they are connected on a much deeper level than regular siblings.

But I'm talking about energy connecting us at that level.

It goes beyond just one person you meet, or your friend struggling.

You're tapping into the entire collective energy of humanity. (Some of us are more attuned than others but we all have this ability)

And without knowing or understanding that,
you may confuse your overwhelming feelings as yours and often feel buried by the weight.

Creating things like depression, disease and disorders in our body/mind/spirit.

But you must remember- the weight happens when the energy gets stuck or stored.

Which happens easily, especially when we dwell on things we believe are our thoughts.

But when you're able to see the big picture and understand you're carrying so much that isn't yours YOU GET TO THEN TAKE CONTROL.

That's when it becomes exciting.

Because you have the ability to MOVE the stuck energy and create EASE & FLOW.

One of the greatest honours of the work I get to be doing is witnessing people shift from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to feeling CALMER, CLEARER, and MORE CONNECTED to THEMSELVES.

Sometimes the people who look the strongest

The peacekeepers.

The bright Sunshiney souls.

They are the ones everyone relies on.

The ones who say yes even when their body is whispering please rest.

And slowly
without realizing it
their nervous system begins carrying more than it was ever meant to.

Exhaustion.

But the truth is this:
