Golf season has arrived! Don't let golfer's elbow impact your game. ⛳

Tennis players, rock climbers, weight lifters, and others who repeatedly use their wrists or clench their fingers can also develop this condition, called Medial epicondylitis.

It can be characterized by pain from the elbow to the wrist (on the inside of the elbow), and caused by damage to the tendons when bending the wrist towards the palm.

Good news, massage therapy can help! Massaging the arm can reduce tension and increase blood circulation to the area, helping to reduce pain.

If you have dealt with golfer's elbow for a long period of time, you may have developed scar tissue, which your massage therapist can help break down.
