Rj's New Beginnings Prenatal Education Private prenatal education classes and refresher classes available via video chat.

Rj's New Beginnings offers two prenatal education services:

Prenatal Education Classes: Two sessions which include pre labour, coping strategies, role of support person, when to go into hospital, labour, caesarean section, postpartum care and more. Refresher Classes: One session aimed at couples with children requiring a reminder course and updates since the last pregnancy and delivery. Sessions are currently being held over video chat so you can learn
from the comfort of your own home, no matter where you are!
