Nightingale Occupational Therapy

Providing Occupational Therapy services to children ages 0-18 in the Comox Valley area. I have done presentations on Sensory Processing and Picky Eating.

I am an Occupational Therapist (OT) and have been working with children ages 0-6 since 2009. I am currently employed at Dogwood Place Child and Youth Development Centre as the Senior Occupational Therapist. I am branching out to offer some OT services privately to children ages 0-18 in the Comox Valley area and school age children in the Campbell River area. I enjoy teaching others about our sensory systems and the strategies we can use to be alert, calm and focussed for learning. I particularly enjoy working with children that have difficulties with feeding as this is such an important skill where OT can make a huge difference. I have taken many courses to develop my skills in all areas. Some very influential courses include:
