My Story
Hello, my name is Angelo Octaviano and I am a healer, an artist, fitness enthusiast and an excellent plant based chef! I completed my massage therapy training in Victoria, BC at West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in August of 2017. I am an RMT currently practicing massage at Island Wellspring Massage Therapy in Prince Rupert, BC.
I discovered lots of treatment modalities that I love to explore and include in my massage treatments. Some of these include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, active release, sports massage, and Swedish relaxation. These techniques are designed to help anyone, including athletes increase performance and prevent injuries especially during training and competition. I like to maintain an interactive and goal oriented approach to focus on improving muscle imbalances, decreasing the potential for over-use injuries and the length of recovery time.
Whether you need e a moment of relaxation to reduce muscle tension or attain relief from chronic pain, a therapeutic massage can enhance your overall sense of emotional and physical well-being!
