1. In a bowl, combine 1 cup warm water, 2 1/4 tsp yeast, and 1 tbsp sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
2. Mix in 3 cups flour, 2 tbsp olive oil, and 1 tsp salt. Knead until smooth.
3. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
4. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Divide the dough into 6 balls and roll out into mini pizza bases on a floured surface.
5. Transfer bases to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Spread 1-2 tbsp pizza sauce on each base, leaving the edges clear.
7. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and diced ham.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Homemade Velveeta Cheese 🧀✨

Make your own creamy, melt-in-your-mouth cheese with real ingredients! This Homemade Velveeta is perfect for dips, mac n’ cheese, grilled sandwiches, and more. Say goodbye to store-bought, and hello to homemade goodness! 😍

Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 packet (1/4-ounce) unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup dry milk powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
4 cups grated mild cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar and Colby)

Directions:
Prep the Pan
Line a small loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving extra on the sides for easy removal.

Blend the Base
In a blender, combine gelatin, dry milk powder, and salt. Add boiling water and pulse a few times to mix.

Add Cheese
Quickly add the grated cheese to the blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Set the Cheese
Pour the cheese mixture into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to smooth the top, then cover with plastic wrap.

Chill
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.

Slice & Enjoy
Once set, slice the cheese and use it for your favorite recipes or snacks!
