Hello everyone! I have a couple of updates regarding some changes at Rebalance. Please read the following information, and as always, reach out if you have any questions. I appreciate your support as I continue to grow my business and practice.
Schedule / Online Booking
The news a lot of you have been waiting for! My May/June schedule will open March 1st at 10:00 AM. If you’d like to book your appointments ahead, please log onto the Jane App website to book your appointments online. If you need assistance, please contact me directly.
Changes starting in May: Early morning bookings are available on Tuesdays and Fridays, and late afternoons are available on Mondays and Thursdays. While I do my best to accomodate everyone, I can only have so many appointment spots open per week. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
As my schedule fills up more quickly as I progress in my practice, I find it more and more helpful to steer folks to the cancellation list. This gives you a chance to book cancelled appointments (that sometimes come up on short notice!), and have more flexiblity when it comes to commitment to appointments. If you’d like to add yourself to the waitlist, please do so through your client portal on the Jane App website.
Fee Schedule
On March 1st, there will be a fee increase of 5% on all massage therapy services. If you’d like to see the full breakdown of changes, please visit my website and click the “Rates” page.
Cancellation Policy
I have decided to make some minor changes to my cancellation policy. This policy can be found on my website. Here is a description of the updated policy:
‘Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less to your appointment time are subject to a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. Cancellations made within three hours of your appointment time, as well as no shows, are subject to a fee of 100% of the appointment cost.’
Clients
I am still accepting new clients for both massage therapy and personal training services. Both can be booked online or through me directly via email or phone.
Thank you to everyone that has shared, reviewed, and/or reccomended my services with other people in the community. Your referrals are the reason why I’ve grown this far into my practice!
