March is a long ways off, but if you are looking for some literary fun to tide you over, we’ve got you covered with another fundraising event at Rivercity Theatre. Words at the Theatre: An Evening of Readings by Local Authors will showcase the talents of many local literati, including: Julie Ann Luoma, Jeanette Taylor, Rena Patrick, Elise Fernbank, Margot McLoughlin, Terry Jordan, Barbara Lee, Matthew Kelly, Dennis Hawkins-Bogle, Dionne Lapointe-Bakota, Marina Wiley, Faith Voysey, and more. Enjoy an evening of storytelling while supporting a great cause.

Tickets are $27 and can be purchased at Coho Books and online at www.wordsonthewater.ca
All proceeds will go towards the 2026 Words on the Water Writers Festival.

I am SO happy that the community has this conference available right in Campbell River. If you’re in perimenopause, nearing perimenopause, or want to support someone in perimenopause, I highly recommend looking into this.

I am happy to announce that I’ve expanded my practice and am now offering hot stone therapy as an addition to my treatments!

If you like heat, this modality is for you. The heat from the stones can help ease muscle tension, decrease stress, and improve circulation. It’s also super relaxing, and it feels great on sore muscles and joints!

I will be incorporating hot stones into regular massage therapy treatments (if indicated and/or desired) for specific areas of tension. However, if you’d like a massage treatment with a focus on hot stone therapy, that can now be booked separately on my website as well.

So, if you’re a fan of the hot towels and table warmer (you know who you are), this treatment is for you.

Hello all,

I’ve been getting a lot of questions regarding my fall and winter schedule for 2025, so I’d like to share some information here!

I will be opening my schedule for September-December 2025 in the beginning of July. Once I open my online booking to the public, clients are welcome to book their appointments through to the end of the year.

It’s good to keep in mind that November and December are very busy for RMT’s! If you’d like to secure your spots through to the rest of the year, I suggest booking them online ahead of time (aka early July), or contacting me (email info@rebalancetherapeutics.com) to book. As always if you have any questions, shoot me an email.

Lastly, I’d like to thank my clients for their continuous support for my practice and business. We’re nearing almost a year since the opening of Rebalance- time flies!
