Hello North Island.
I wanted to thank everyone who showed an interest in my Mini-Macro session and let you all know more of what I do.
In my 14 year career - I have heard so many times that people want to make healthy choices but don't know where to start. It's been my experience that customization is key and that is what we are missing.

My job is to figure out what healthy looks like for the individual. It takes support, guidance, and reinforcement to build the healthy habits that pay off over a lifetime. This is where diets fall short as they don't take the individual in to account - even when the diet is well designed and therefore are hard to stick too.

I can only work with small amount of people at once since I offer a lot of one on one support in my program. I have space for 4 people starting in January. Hello again,

In the spirit of sharing - got a few more low carb recipes here. And there are all treats. Big batch, delicious, and suitable for those who have been professionally advised to be LCHF (low Carb High Fat) or Keto.

I don't think Keto for everyone, it's a serious change of metabolism, but the stats show we are not doing well with rising processed carbs and sugars. So If we can make lower carb taste good - why not 🤷‍♀️

It is honestly a great low carb (when you sweeten with stevia and monk fruit), high protein, high fibre snack. They are also versatile ! I just made a chocolate chip macha version.

Not sure what to do with the yolks ? Eggnog is a great comfort drink all year round. Tastes great with some vanilla stevia sweetener for low carb options. Dairy free recipe listed below.
