Wellness Centre: Body, Mind & Spirit The Wellness Centre is offices for a variety of massage therapists, life coaches and counsellers and It is a busy, fun and lively place to be.

This Wellness Centre also has space to rent, a VIHA licensed kitchen and a large hall that holds 127 people and a smaller workshop room that holds 40 people. It is the perfect setting for a classroom, workshops, weddings, support groups, children's programs, body healing rooms, Sunday Celebrations, meditation, movie nights, and activities such as Yoga, dance and Nia, birthday parties, events and m

ore. The Wellness Centre is a conscious community of individuals living the highest vision of who they are, helping others to reach their own success through healing, Body, Mind and Spirit. Join this page to stay informed about the many events, programs, workshops and activities continually.
