There’s no doubt this has been a very difficult time, both personally and professionally. Without going into too many details, the spa has recently undergone some significant changes — and unfortunately, some of those changes happened sooner than expected.
I want to sincerely thank you for your patience, understanding, and compassion as I’ve been working to reach out and reschedule appointments where needed. Your support has meant more than I can put into words.
We are working diligently to respond to everyone who has phoned, emailed, or messaged us. Please know that we will get back to you as soon as possible — no one has been forgotten.
I am also deeply touched by those of you who have reached out and offered to help in any way you could, whether that meant bringing a coffee or offering to step in at reception. Your kindness and generosity mean the world to me. From the very beginning, it has truly been all of you and me together, and for that I am so grateful.
