Yin and Yoga Nidra For Deep Rest

Time: Monday’s from 8:15pm – 9:15pm via Zoom – all sessions will be live and recorded.

Everyone who signs up will receive my educational workshop on sleep and Yoga Nidra, along with a few Nidra Meditations to explore. We will start each class with some gentle movement, pranayama, deep yin and end with a 20 min yoga nidra practice. With movement, Pranayama and releasing tension in the mind and body we will set the stage for deep rest.
By surrendering and fully relaxing the physical body with yoga nidra, the body and mind come to a deeply relaxed state connected into your subconscious and your higher wisdom. My intention is to help you learn another tool to heal your nervous system, build more resilience, find deep rest and peace and improve your overall energy and sleep.
